• We pack each plantlet in a foam box and wrap it with aluminum foil to protect it from extreme temperatures during transit.
• Shipping 7–12 days.
• We guarantee the plant will arrive safe and healthy.
• If you see small contamination spots on the agar, don’t worry — the plantlet is still ready to grow.
• If the plant arrives severely damaged, even to the point where it cannot be planted, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund.
• Please record an unboxing video for claims.
