If you have an import permit, we will declare it as a tissue culture on AWB, but if you don't have an import permit, we will declare it as a home decor item on AWB. 

We can ship tissue culture with a free Phytosanitary Certificate to Russia by EMS.
Shipping costs starts $70. This shipping cost includes import taxes and customs fees.
Delivered to your front door, but in some cases you may have to contact for clearance customs process.
Ship on every Saturday (Please order at least 5 days in advance)
In normal shipping, 10-15 days.

I accept no responsibility if customs seizes plants, Shipping takes longer than 3 weeks, or the weather is too hot or too cold. But I can refund 50% of the shipping cost.
