We can ship with a free Phytosanitary Certificate by Dragon Courier, and they will process it to import into the US. After customs clearance is complete, they will pass your box to UPS to deliver it to your address.
Shipping costs start at $50. 
This shipping cost includes import taxes and customs fees. The shipping agent will handle the documents include import permit and phytosanitary certificate.

I accept no responsibility if customs seizes plants, Shipping takes longer than 3 weeks, or the weather is too hot or too cold. But I can refund 50% of the shipping cost. However, don't worry about this. We have sent to the USA many times, and it was all successful.
