We can ship with a free Phytosanitary Certificate by Dragon Courier, 
and Dragon will process the import into the UK. After customs clearance is complete, your package will be handed over to UPD for delivery to your specified address. Then, the agent responsible for the Phytosanitary Certificate (PC) will serve as the importer's representative.
