Shipping & Packaging

- We carefully pack every order in a foam box and wrap it with aluminum foil to help protect the plants from extreme temperatures during transit.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days.
- We guarantee that your order will be shipped in healthy condition.
- Small contamination spots on the agar are normal and do not necessarily affect the plant's ability to grow.

Before Purchasing

- Tissue culture plants require proper acclimation after being removed from the agar.
- Please read our acclimation guide and prepare your growing materials before purchasing.
- Customers are fully responsible for the acclimation process and all plant care after delivery.
- Plant survival depends on proper care and growing conditions.
- Every plant is unique. Minor differences in size, color, leaf shape, and variegation are normal.
- Variegation in mature growth cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on genetics and growing conditions.

Order Cancellation

- Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
- If you accidentally place an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Refund processing times are determined by Etsy's payment system and your payment provider. 

Arrival Guarantee

- We guarantee that your plants will be shipped healthy.
- If your order arrives severely damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
An unboxing video (required for all claims)
Clear photos of the unopened package
Photos of all plants received
A photo of the shipping label

*Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in your claim being declined.*

Refund & Replacement Policy

We may offer a replacement or refund if:
- The package arrives with severe shipping damage that makes the plants non-viable.
- Your claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery with all required evidence.
- After reviewing the case, we determine that the damage occurred during shipping.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Plants that die after planting or acclimation.
- Damage caused by improper acclimation or plant care.
- Overwatering, underwatering, pests, diseases, or unsuitable growing conditions.
- Heat, cold, humidity, or environmental stress after delivery.
- Minor cosmetic damage such as bent leaves, small tears, bruising, or normal shipping stress.
- Plants that are still alive and capable of recovery.
- Minor contamination on the agar that does not prevent healthy growth.

Shipping Delays

- We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, customs, weather, or other shipping carriers.
- Live plants may experience temporary shipping stress due to transit delays.
- Shipping delays alone are not grounds for a refund or replacement if the plants remain viable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

- Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for free reshipping.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Package Left Unattended

- Buyers are responsible for bringing their package indoors as soon as it is delivered.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by prolonged exposure to heat, cold, rain, or other weather conditions after delivery.

Import & Local Regulations

- Buyers are responsible for ensuring that live plants are permitted in their state or local area before purchasing.
- We are not responsible for orders affected by local import restrictions or regulations.

Product Selection

- We will send photos of your plants 1–2 days before shipment for confirmation.
- If you would like to select your plant, simply send us a message before your order is shipped.
